Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

All villas and condos feature fully equipped kitchens with dishware, cutlery, pots, pans and essential appliances like a coffee maker, with some including blenders and microwaves. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. Pool accessories and beach chairs vary by property. All rentals offer Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, an iron and board, a safe, and a TV (smart or cable). Each has either a private or common pool, with some offering both. BBQs are available at select properties, and all include outdoor spaces and free parking. All properties provide free parking. Most villas have parking inside the property’s gate, with some having spaces directly in front of the villa, while others offer secured underground or parking in front of the complex.

Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized. Please contact us to inquire about any exceptions.

All our properties are family-friendly.

St. Maarten is a small island with 37 beautiful beaches, so you are never far from a spectacular beach. Many of our properties are either directly on the beach or within a short walk. For details on how far a specific property is from the nearest beach, please check the property listing or contact us.

While renting a car is the best way to explore the island, we can certainly arrange airport pickup or transportation services for you. Please contact us to make arrangements.

There is a minimum stay requirement of 5 nights during high season and 3 nights during low season. During the Christmas and New Year’s period, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

You will be met at your car rental or directly at the villa for check-in. At check-out, you can either leave the keys with the cleaner or drop them off at our office, which is conveniently located on the way to the airport.
