We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bougainvillea. The location in Dawn Beach Estates is beautiful, with views overlooking Oyster Pond and St. Barths. One of my favorite things was sitting by the pool and enjoying the sun during the day and the stars at night. The wraparound decks have views of the mountains and ocean giving the villa a unique character.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and the Great Room is spacious and comfortable, making it a nice place for everyone to gather.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed Villa Bougainvillea. I would recommend it to others looking for a beautiful place to stay.

We stayed at Bougainvillea for eight days in March 2026. I don’t think any of the pictures prepared us for the size and scope of the house. From the lobby downstairs to the second floor bedrooms to the vaulted ceilings on the top floor–this house can fit a lot of people but still feel comfortable. There are expansive ocean views on two sides of the house, and we could see the regatta sail by. But I think the green mountain view on the other side of the house is the real highlight. The pool was great and private. But if you’re looking for more of a party atmosphere, the JW Marriott is next door down the hill. They have live entertainment most days and nights. We bought a couple drinks at the beach bar and dipped our feet in the sand. The house shares beach access with the hotel.

Our family’s stay at Villa Victoria in St. Maarten was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views that greeted us from every single room in the home. The layout was simply perfect – a seamless flow throughout the villa that made it feel both grand and effortlessly livable. The pool, overlooking the ocean, was an absolute highlight and the setting for many unforgettable moments. Beaches, shopping and restaurants easily accessible from the villa. The Villa Victoria team made us feel welcomed. Everyone went above and beyond with special touches like greeting us at the airport and escorting us to the villa, which reduces so much stress and sets a positive tone for your vacation (thank you Sabrina and Frank). Thank you Iverine for keeping the villa spotless and thank you Paul for supporting an extremely easy departure. What made Villa Victoria truly special, though, was the way it brought us together as a family while giving each of us our own space to unwind. We laughed, relaxed, and we reconnected in a way that only the mot magical of settings can inspire. We are already dreaming of our return, and without hesitation, we will give Villa Victoria our highest recommendation – it is a gem that deserves to be experienced by every family looking for the perfect escape. Thank you Jenna, Justin and the Villa Victoria team for a special experience.

The views from this condo are extraordinary! Watching the sailboats and catamarans coming into the harbor, and watching the planes whisk overhead were awe-striking!

The ocean swims are only a step away and beach walks were so peaceful!

The open concept condo provides breathtaking views from all angles. The rooms were clean, bright and big each having its own 3-piece ensuite bathroom and walk-in- closet. The kitchen provides everything that you could need, and the condo is located amongst many great restaurants!

The pool is very enjoyable and private!

We would highly recommend this awesome place!!
