Welcome to Vijoux, a stunning two-level villa offering spacious luxury and breathtaking views. Situated at the border of Oyster Bay, the villa boasts panoramic views of both the Dutch and French sides of St. Maarten, and it’s designed to provide a peaceful, yet vibrant indoor/outdoor living experience.

Living Room

The living room features modern and contemporary furnishings with central air-conditioning to keep you cool. Enjoy incredible views of Oyster Pond and unwind with your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including all the necessary cutlery, dinnerware, and cookware. Whether you’re preparing a casual meal or a festive feast, this kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs.

Dining Area

The dining table comfortably seats 10 people, making it easy to gather for meals and enjoy the company of family and friends.

Bedrooms

The villa offers 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and include fresh linens, towels, a hairdryer, a safe, and a luggage stand.

Communal Spaces

The villa features a large parking area that can accommodate 6-8 vehicles. Inside, you’ll find a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. High-speed wireless internet access is available throughout the property.

Outdoor Living

The huge patio on the first level is perfect for lounging and dining al fresco. The area includes comfortable cushioned sun chairs, a cozy couples’ seating area for morning coffee or evening aperitifs, and two BBQ grills. The stunning pool area offers breathtaking views of the shimmering Atlantic Ocean and unforgettable sunsets. The outdoor space can easily accommodate up to 16 people, making it perfect for gatherings and relaxation.

Holiday Booking Policy

During Christmas and New Year’s, bookings are requests only. Check-in and check-out dates are limited to specific days. After submitting your booking, we will review it and contact you to confirm if your dates are available. If not, we’ll provide alternative options. You can then choose to finalize your booking.

Booking Information

• Meet & Greet: Enjoy a meet & greet at your car rental, where you will be escorted to your accommodation. If arriving by taxi or private transfer, your host will meet you directly at the property.
• Welcome Basket: Provided for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Housekeeping: Twice weekly.
• Rates: Based on 2 guests per bedroom.
• Minimum Stay: 5 nights; 7 nights during Christmas & New Year’s.
• Note: Rates are subject to change without notice.

Please note the following: A post-stay cleaning fee of $450 will be charged and added manually to your booking confirmation after your reservation is placed.

Payment Policies (Prices in USD)

• For Bookings More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: 25% deposit required to confirm; balance due 60 days before arrival.
• For Bookings 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking.
• Christmas & New Year’s: 50% deposit required; full balance due within 90 days of arrival. For Bookings 90 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking. Non-refundable.

Booking Process

After placing your booking, you will receive a ‘Booking Placed’ email, followed by payment instructions. Once the payment is processed and confirmed, a final booking confirmation will be sent. Please check your spam folder for any emails from us.
