Check-in and check-out dates are limited to specific days. After submitting your request, our team will review availability and contact you to confirm your dates or suggest alternatives before finalizing your reservation.

Meet & Greet

• Car rental arrivals: You’ll be met at the rental agency and escorted to your accommodation
• Taxi or private transfer: Your host will greet you directly at the property

Welcome Basket

• Provided for stays of 5 nights or more

Housekeeping

• Service provided three times per week

Rates

• Nightly rates are based on 1–2 guests per bedroom

Minimum Stay

• Low Season: 3 nights minimum (April 15 – December 14)
• High Season: 5 nights minimum (December 15 – April 14)
• Christmas & New Year’s: 7 nights minimum (dates vary annually)

Government Tax

• A 9% tax will be added to all rates

• For bookings within 90 days: full payment required at time of booking (non-refundable)

• Followed by payment instructions
• Once payment is confirmed, a final booking confirmation will be sent
