Villa Sky Blue is a luxurious ocean-view retreat in the exclusive gated community of Dawn Beach Estates, St. Maarten. Offering breathtaking views of the ocean and and St. Barths, this villa is designed for relaxation and comfort, blending modern style with Caribbean charm.
Living/Dining Areas
The open-concept living and dining areas are elegantly furnished and perfect for entertaining. Large glass doors open to the terrace, providing seamless indoor-outdoor living. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a surround sound system. The dining area seats up to 8 guests.
Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and large wine cooler. It’s fully stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals.
Bedrooms
The villa offers five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with ocean views and direct access to the terrace or pool area. All bedrooms have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and modern amenities.
Pool and Outdoor Areas
Enjoy the infinity pool with stunning ocean views. The terrace offers comfortable seating and lounge chairs for sunbathing. A gas BBQ grill is available for outdoor dining.

The villa is a short walk to Dawn Beach, a 10-minute drive to Philipsburg for shopping, and 15 minutes to Orient Bay Beach for water sports, beach bars and international cuisine. Nearby, you’ll find the Westin Resort & Casino and various restaurants.

Holiday Booking Policy
During Christmas and New Year’s, bookings are requests only. Check-in and check-out dates are limited to specific days. After submitting your booking, we will review it and contact you to confirm if your dates are available. If not, we’ll provide alternative options. You can then choose to finalize your booking.
Booking Information
- Meet & Greet: Enjoy a meet & greet at your car rental, where you will be escorted to your accommodation. If arriving by taxi or private transfer, your host will meet you directly at the property.
- Welcome Basket: Provided for stays of 5 nights or more.
- Housekeeping Service: Provided once per week for stays of 5 nights or more.
- Government Tax: A 9% tax will be added to all rates.
- Minimum Stay: 5 nights (7 nights during Christmas & New Year’s).
- Rates: Per night for 1 or 2 guests per bedroom.
- Note: Rates are subject to change without notice.
Payment Policies (Prices in USD)
- For Bookings More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: 25% deposit required to confirm; balance due 60 days before arrival.
- For Bookings 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking.
- Christmas & New Year’s: 50% deposit required; full balance due within 90 days of arrival. For Bookings 90 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking. Non-refundable.

Amazing villa
Amazing villa, very spacious and clean. Hosts are amazing also!
Amazing property with gorgeous views!
We had a party of 7 adults. The house accommodated all of us extremely well and there was a spare bedroom we didn’t even use. The home is spacious and has lots of amenities. The house is on the Dutch side but within a 10 minute drive to the famous Grand Case on the French side. We wanted to do some local activities but we loved the house so much we just hung out there most days. The view from the infinity pool was amazing! The sound system was the icing on the cake as we were able to have music on inside the house and outside by the pool. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need/want and we cooked plenty of meals in it. The power went off once while we were there but the generator kicked in and we were back to normal in less than a minute. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when we reached out with questions. Would definitely stay at this home on our next visit to St. Maarten!
