The living area features a spacious open-concept design with modern European furnishings and premium tile throughout. The dining area includes a table that comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and water kettle. With solid wood cabinets, modern appliances, and all the necessary glassware and dishes, this kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze.

Bedrooms

Primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a mattress protected by a waterproof, medical-grade cover that reduces allergies and protects against bed bugs. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a private en-suite bathroom, and a safe for your valuables.

Second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space for additional guests.

Bathrooms

The apartment includes two and a half bathrooms. Bath towels, beach towels, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Pool and Outdoor Space

Guests have use of the common swimming pool with lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The large private balcony offers stunning ocean views, providing a perfect space for relaxation and unwinding.

Seneca Luxury Suite offers a range of amenities, including gated access with security, a standby generator, and a reserved parking space. The apartment is wheelchair accessible from the parking area, features air conditioning throughout, and includes high-speed internet access in every room and on the balcony. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available for your use.

Location

The suite is conveniently located just a short drive from Philipsburg, the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Great Bay Beach is only a few minutes away by car or a 20-minute walk past the cruise terminal. Other key locations include Princess Juliana International Airport (8 miles), Marigot (7 miles), and the nearest casino in Philipsburg (1 mile).

Holiday Booking Policy

During Christmas and New Year’s, bookings are requests only. Check-in and check-out dates are limited to specific days. After submitting your booking, we will review it and contact you to confirm if your dates are available. If not, we’ll provide alternative options. You can then choose to finalize your booking.

Booking Information

• Meet & Greet: Enjoy a meet & greet at your car rental, where you will be escorted to your accommodation. If arriving by taxi or private transfer, your host will meet you directly at the property.
• Welcome Basket: Provided for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Housekeeping: Twice weekly.
• Rates: Based on 2 guests per bedroom.
• Minimum Stay: 5 nights; 7 nights during Christmas & New Year’s.
• Note: Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policies (Prices in USD)

• For Bookings More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: 25% deposit required to confirm; balance due 60 days before arrival.
• For Bookings 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking.
• Christmas & New Year’s: 50% deposit required; full balance due within 90 days of arrival. For Bookings 90 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking. Non-refundable.

Booking Process

After placing your booking, you will receive a ‘Booking Placed’ email, followed by payment instructions. Once the payment is processed and confirmed, a final booking confirmation will be sent. Please check your spam folder for any emails from us.
