The main living space features an open-concept design that flows effortlessly between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and sofas, creating a welcoming space to relax. The dining area includes a large table with seating for eight, perfect for family dinners or entertaining. The kitchen bar, with four barstools, offers a casual spot for breakfast or snacks.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, name-brand appliances, custom mahogany cupboards, and travertine floors. It includes a large refrigerator and freezer, a five-burner gas stove, a separate two-burner stove, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed for cooking. Whether you choose to dine out or prepare meals at home, this kitchen has everything you need.

Private Pool and Outdoor Space

The exterior patio areas offer comfortable seating overlooking the beautiful, large swimming pool. Choose from sun or shade as you relax in the serene surroundings. Adjacent to the cottage, a romantic garden setting hosts a jacuzzi—an ideal spot to unwind with a glass of wine. The pool deck features six chaise lounges with adjustable backs and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the sun.

Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedrooms

Palm Paradise features spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, each with private en-suite bathrooms.

The primary bedroom on the main level offers a garden, pool, and ocean view, a private patio with chaise lounges, and an electric shade. Its en-suite bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub, double sinks, a shower, a regular toilet, and a bidet.

The second bedroom, also on the main level, includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Palm Paradise comes with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, cable TV, a stereo, and a Samsung washer and dryer. Located in a gated community with 24-hour security and an electric gate at the villa, the property also includes a paved driveway with parking for five vehicles, an automatic backup generator, and a large cistern.

Booking Information

• Meet & Greet: Enjoy a meet & greet at your car rental, where you will be escorted to your accommodation. If arriving by taxi or private transfer, your host will meet you directly at the property.
• Welcome Basket: Provided for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Housekeeping: Twice weekly.
• Rates: Based on 2 guests per bedroom.
• Minimum Stay: 5 nights; 7 nights during Christmas & New Year’s.
• Note: Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policies (Prices in USD)

• For Bookings More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: 25% deposit required to confirm; balance due 60 days before arrival.
• For Bookings 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking.
• Christmas & New Year’s: 50% deposit required; full balance due within 90 days of arrival. For Bookings 90 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking. Non-refundable.
