During Christmas and New Year’s, bookings are requests only. Check-in and check-out dates are limited to specific days. After submitting your booking, we will review it and contact you to confirm if your dates are available. If not, we’ll provide alternative options. You can then choose to finalize your booking.

Booking Information

• Meet & Greet: Enjoy a meet & greet at your car rental, where you will be escorted to your accommodation. If arriving by taxi or private transfer, your host will meet you directly at the property.
• Welcome Basket: Provided for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Government Tax: A 9% tax will be added to all rates.
• Rates: Rates are per night for 1 or 2 guests per bedroom.
• Minimum Stay: 5 nights (7 nights during Christmas & New Year’s).
• Housekeeping Service: Provided once weekly.
• Note: Rates are subject to change without notice.

For Reservations Exceeding 6 Guests:

If you are booking the three-bedroom condo, which accommodates up to 6 guests, but you need space for additional guests (up to 10), please follow these steps:

1. Book for 6 Guests: Make your reservation for 6 guests initially.
2. Specify Extra Guests: In the notes section of the booking page, let us know the total number of additional guests beyond the initial 6.
3. Receive Updated Total: We will adjust your booking and send you an updated confirmation with the total balance for the entire stay, including payment instructions.

Additional Guest Rates: The cost for each extra person using the sofa bed is $140 per person per week during Summer and Fall, and $175 per person per week during Winter and Spring.

Payment Policies (Prices in USD)

• For Bookings More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: 25% deposit required to confirm; balance due 60 days before arrival.
• For Bookings 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking.
• Christmas & New Year’s: 50% deposit required; full balance due within 90 days of arrival. For Bookings 90 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking. Non-refundable.

After placing your booking, you will receive a ‘Booking Placed’ email, followed by payment instructions. Once the payment is processed and confirmed, a final booking confirmation will be sent. Please check your spam folder for any emails from us.
