Beach House Younes is on the eastern coast of St. Maarten on the Dutch side, overlooking Dawn Beach. It’s a peaceful gated community with beautiful sunrise views and situated close the French side.

During Christmas and New Year’s, bookings are requests only. Check-in and check-out dates are limited to specific days. After submitting your booking, we will review it and contact you to confirm if your dates are available. If not, we’ll provide alternative options. You can then choose to finalize your booking.

Booking Information

• Meet & Greet: Enjoy a meet & greet at your car rental, where you will be escorted to your accommodation. If arriving by taxi or private transfer, your host will meet you directly at the property.
• Welcome Basket: Provided for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Housekeeping: Provided twice during stays of 7 nights or more.
• Government Tax: 9% will be added to all rates.
• Rates: Per night for 1 or 2 guests per bedroom.
• Minimum Stay: 5 nights; 7 nights for Christmas & New Year’s.
• Note: Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policies (Prices in USD)

• For Bookings More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: 25% deposit required to confirm; balance due 60 days before arrival.
• For Bookings 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking.
• Christmas & New Year’s: 50% deposit required; full balance due within 90 days of arrival. For Bookings 90 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking. Non-refundable.
