Holiday Booking Policy

During Christmas and New Year’s, bookings are requests only. Check-in and check-out dates are limited to specific days. After submitting your booking, we will review it and contact you to confirm if your dates are available. If not, we’ll provide alternative options. You can then choose to finalize your booking.

Booking Information

• Meet & Greet: Enjoy a meet & greet at your car rental, where you will be escorted to your accommodation. If arriving by taxi or private transfer, your host will meet you directly at the property.
• Welcome Basket: Provided for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Government Tax: A 9% tax will be added to all rates.
• Rates: Rates are per night for 1 or 2 guests per bedroom.
• Minimum Stay: 5 nights (7 nights during Christmas & New Year’s).
• Housekeeping Service: Provided once per week.
• Note: Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policies (Prices in USD)

• For Bookings More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: 25% deposit required to confirm; balance due 60 days before arrival.
• For Bookings 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking.
• Christmas & New Year’s: 50% deposit required; full balance due within 90 days of arrival. For Bookings 90 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking. Non-refundable.

Booking Process

After placing your booking, you will receive a ‘Booking Placed’ email, followed by payment instructions. Once the payment is processed and confirmed, a final booking confirmation will be sent. Please check your spam folder for any emails from us.
