Check-in and check-out dates are limited to specific days. After submitting your request, our team will review availability and contact you to confirm your dates or suggest alternatives before finalizing your reservation.

 

📝 Booking Information

Availability

• Villa Vijoux is available strictly on request. After placing your booking, we will verify availability and confirm your reservation if dates are open.

Meet & Greet

• Car rental arrivals: You’ll be met at the rental agency and escorted to your accommodation
• Taxi or private transfer: Your host will greet you directly at the property

Welcome Basket

• Provided for stays of 5 nights or more

Housekeeping

• Service provided twice weekly

Rates

• Nightly rates are based on 1–2 guests per bedroom

Minimum Stay

• Low Season: 5 nights minimum (April 16 – October 31)
• High Season: 5 nights minimum (November 1 – April 14)
• Christmas & New Year’s: 7 nights minimum (dates vary annually)

Cleaning Fee

• A post-stay cleaning fee of $450 will be added manually to your booking confirmation after your reservation is placed

• 25% deposit required to confirm
• Balance due 60 days prior

• Full payment required at time of booking

Christmas & New Year’s

• 50% deposit required to confirm

• For bookings within 90 days: full payment required at time of booking (non-refundable)

• Followed by payment instructions
• Once payment is confirmed, a final booking confirmation will be sent
