Bell’Mare, meaning “beautiful sea” in Italian, is a stunning beachfront villa perched above Dawn Beach in St. Maarten. Located in the gated Dawn Beach Estates, this villa offers direct access to the Caribbean’s white sands just steps away. Ideally situated close to the French border, it allows easy access to both the Dutch and French sides of the island.

The villa is furnished with exquisite imported teak and mahogany from Indonesia, complemented by rattan accents. Each room is adorned with unique artwork and pottery, adding a touch of individuality to the space. Throughout the villa, South American hardwood is used for the woodwork, enhancing the overall aesthetic with its rich, natural beauty.

- Meet & Greet: Enjoy a meet & greet at your car rental, where you will be escorted to your accommodation. If arriving by taxi or private transfer, your host will meet you directly at the property.
- Welcome Basket & Housekeeping: Provided for stays of 5 nights or more.
- Housekeeping: Provided twice during stays of 7 nights or more.
- Government Tax: 9% will be added to all rates.
- Minimum Stay: 5 nights; 7 nights for Christmas & New Year’s.
- Rates: Per night for 1 or 2 guests per bedroom.
- Note: Rates are subject to change without notice.

- For Bookings More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: 25% deposit required to confirm; balance due 60 days before arrival.
- For Bookings 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking.
- Christmas & New Year’s: 50% deposit required; full balance due within 90 days of arrival. For Bookings 90 Days or Less Before Arrival: Full payment required at the time of booking. Non-refundable.

Bell'Mare getaway
The property was as advertised and couldn’t have been nicer. There were three couples and we each had our own bedroom with bathroom and then there were the many common areas that we all enjoyed. There were a few minor problems, but they were quickly resolved. A bit tricky to get to but well worth the drive. I think that we would all highly recommend Bell’Mare to anyone looking for a wonderful time in St. Maarten.
